Stuntmen team up with the Fire Department to fight children’s cancer.
In Agua Dulce this Saturday, some of Hollywood’s top stuntmen will be putting on a show as members of the Los Angeles County Fire Department display some of their most thrilling vehicles.
St. Baldricks Foundation will be the beneficiary of the fundraiser, which will see people shaving their heads for sponsorships.
St. Baldricks is a favorite among first responders, with several other departments participating in their own programs.
The day will be full of surprises and fun. Monty Perlin will practice a stunt he will be doing for a world record, and stuntmen Terry Leonard and Ben Scott will be doing a variety of stunts that earned them work in blockbuster films.
The “Country Fair” type attitude is sure to be a family affair, with food, face painting and even a petting zoo.
The fun starts at 12:00pm and goes until 5:00pm, and will be located on Agua Dulce Canyon Road, next to the Sweetwater Café, just a short drive from Santa Clarita.
There will be a raffle, and the grand prize will be a ride for two in a Fire Department helicopter or airplane.
