Noted stuntwoman Lisa Hoyle was sent to the hospital with critical injuries after a vehicle backed over her and her head hit the ground during a movie shoot in the Industrial Center.

Hoyle, who is well-known in the movie industry, recently for her work in Spiderman and doubling Keira Knightly in the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movies, was working on the movie shoot at Santa Clarita Studios on Anza Drive around 1:30 a.m. when the accident occurred.

She was taken to Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital for treatment. Officials from Cal-OSHA are investigating the incident.
