Suspect nabbed at local recruiting office.

The third suspect in a Jan. 8 drive by shooting in Canyon Country was arrested Tuesday.

Nathaniel Pilkinton, 18, of Canyon Country was arrested near Soledad Canyon Road and Golden Oak Road at a local military recruiting office. 

He was taken into custody without incident and booked at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff's Station on a felony charge of attempted murder.

Pilkinton is being held in lieu of $500,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
