Thousands Expected At Santa Clarita Day For Kids

The Boys and Girls Club hosts the third annual Day For Kids.

[view:node_ad=5] The Boys and Girls Club of Santa Clarita plans to celebrate its third annual “Day For Kids,” Saturday, September 20 at Newhall Park.

Along with over 60 local organizations and businesses present, this event will be host to many family-orientated activities, such as carnival rides, kids games, live stage entertainment, raffles and food.

Hollywood School of Rock, Mountasia, and Whole Foods are just some of the influential businesses that will be represented at the event, with food and snacks provided by McDonalds, YMCA, and Heart of the Canyons Church.

This year’s Day for Kids aims to provide positive interaction between families and children of all ages, as well as instilling a sense of community among Santa Clarita residents.

Only in it’s third year, and already considered one of the top events in the country, Approximately 6,000 people are expected to attend.
