Goldman will be the target of good-natured jabs from a
number of community leaders, including Santa Clarita Councilman and former
Mayor Bob Kellar, who will serve as emcee and roasters Don Fleming, Jeff Hacker,
Steve Sturgeon and Janice Murray.

The event is a fund-raiser for the Samuel Dixon Family
Health Centers. In 2008, $65,000 was raised for patient care at the three
facilities, which are located in Val Verde, Canyon Country and Newhall as well
as sites at College of the Canyons and California Institute of the Arts.

The centers offer a full range of services, including
physicians, immunizations and vaccines, screenings and diagnostic tests, well
baby care and family planning. Patients pay on a sliding scale, depending on
their income.

Tickets for the event are $100 per person or at varying
levels for full tables. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 p.m., with the roast scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. It will be held at the Elks Lodge on Sierra
Highway in Canyon Country. For reservations or
information, call Mike Fisher at (818) 282-6278.
