At least two vehicles have been involved in a major collision immediately before Red Rover Mine Rd. Exit on the 14-North Freeway. Authorities confirm one fatality. Traffic has been escalating due to clean up and closure of the 14 Freeway by Red Rover Mine Road. Avoid the 14 at all cost, traffic is extended far past Escondido and growing.
