Trucks with oversized loads will not be able to fit in the southbound I-5 truck lanes at the SR-14 interchange as K-rails have restricted the width of the lanes, according to CHP Officer Eric Priessman.
An oversized load is defined as any combination of vehicle and load that exceeds one or more of the legal maximum dimensions of width, height and/or length, according to officials.
Normal trucks will still be able to use the truck lanes, Priessman said.
Until construction in the area has cleared up, trucks with oversized loads will have to stay on the main freeway, according to Priessman.
