Caltrans officials are planning to close parts of Highway 14 from the I-5 to Sand Canyon Road as part of a pavement rehabilitation project.

Closures are as follows and subject to change:
Monday, August 17, through Friday, August 21
Northbound SR-14
- 7 p.m. to 3 p.m. – Up to four lanes between I-5 and Sand Canyon Rd.
- 6 p.m. to 3 p.m. – On- and off- ramps CLOSED between Sierra Highway and Sand Canyon Rd.
- 7 p.m. to 2 p.m. – Connector from northbound I-5 CLOSED
- 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. – Freeway CLOSED at Golden Valley Road.
Southbound SR-14
- 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. – Up to four lanes between Sand Canyon Rd and I-5
- 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. – On- and off- ramps CLOSED between Sand Canyon Rd. and Sierra Highway
- 11 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Connector to southbound I-5 CLOSED
- 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. – Freeway CLOSED at Golden Valley Road.
Friday, August 21, through Saturday, August 22
Northbound SR-14
- 7 p.m. to 7 p.m. – Up to four lanes between I-5 and Sand Canyon Rd.
- 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. – On- and off- ramps CLOSED between Sierra Highway and Sand Canyon Rd.
- 7 p.m. to 2 p.m. – Connector from northbound I-5 CLOSED
- 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. – Freeway CLOSED at Golden Valley Road.
Southbound SR-14
- 6 p.m. to 7 a.m. – Up to four lanes between Sand Canyon Rd and I-5
- 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. – On- and off- ramps CLOSED between Sand Canyon Rd and Sierra Highway
- 11 p.m. to 4 p.m. – Connector to southbound I-5 CLOSED
- 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. – Freeway CLOSED at Golden Valley Road.
This project may require FULL Freeway closures. Advance notices will be provided.
Detours will be posted. New pavement will improve mobility and enhance safety for motorists. J McLoughlin Engineering Co. is the contractor on this $6 million project which is expected to complete in the summer of 2016.

As I look at what is published. .I wanted to confirm that this is correct? Everything seems to open for rush hour except the connector to the southbound I-5 from the 14.
Is that suppose to be 4 p.m or 4 a.m.? It would seem to me it would be 4 a.m to follow what the others show.
