There is a one lane closure in effect on Orchard Village Road during paseo refurbishment, city officials said Friday.

Beginning at 8:30 p.m. on Monday, May 18, 2015, a one lane closure will be in effect on Orchard Village Road to accommodate painting and refurbishment of the Orchard Village Paseo Bridge, according to a news release. The lane is expected to be reopened during the evening hours of Friday, May 22.

During the paseo refurbishment, there will be some noise and light, however, it will be kept to a minimum, according to a news release. Motorists who frequently use Orchard Village Road are advised to plan on a slightly longer commute through the Orchard Village area.
