UPDATED: Bomb Threat On Cinema Drive

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department investigating a bomb threat Friday afternoon that turned out to be false.

An e-mail sent to the corporate offices of Cinema Professionals contained a threat that their offices were going to be blown up. Because the company has several locations, each location was searched as a precaution for employees’ safety.

 

The search included the office in the 23000 block of Cinema Drive, where employees were evacuated while deputies conducted their investigation.
