UPDATED 8:07 a.m. Saturday – A former Canyon Country resident who had been missing since December 2 was found safe Friday evening.
Bridget Chaylene Arman, also known as Bridget Butterfield, 39, grew up in the Santa Clarita Valley and graduated from Canyon High School. She currently lives on East Avenue J-8 in Lancaster and was last seen at 6 p.m. Dec. 2, leaving her mother’s home on East Avenue I, walking to a meeting at Desert Vineyard Church in Lancaster. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are seeking the public’s help in locating Arman. She is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches in height, weighing 145 pounds, with dyed black hair and green eyes. She has a tattoo of a leprechaun with “Magically Delicious” on her right abdomen area.

She may be in the company of her estranged husband, Charles Arman, 46, who is also missing. A friend told KHTS that the cell phones of both Bridget and Charles have been disconnected.
According to the friend, Charles was also enroute to the meeting at the church when he called his mother and told her that the meeting was cancelled and that he was going to another location for a different meeting. He has not been heard from since.
More than 100 volunteers have been canvassing the Acton-Palmdale-Lancaster area with flyers in hopes of gaining information about the whereabouts of the missing woman.
