UPDATED: Power Outages In Two Canyon Country Neighborhoods

‘Power has been restored to the Mint Canyon area of Sierra Highway. Edison crews are still working to competely restore power in Plum Canyon.

Two power outages are affecting local customers, according to sources at Southern California Edison.

Both outages are due to equipment problems. More than 2,000 customers in the Plum Canyon area are affected by an outage that began around 11 a.m.; Edison estimates complete restoration by 5 p.m.

In the Mint Canyon area along Sierra Highway, 32 customers are affected by an outage that began shortly after 9 a.m.. Edison is estimating restoration by 3 p.m.
