A Canyon Country man who was reported missing by his mother has been found safe at the home of a friend.
The missing man is 19-year old Patrick Ibarra, who left his Canyon Country home around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday night to take a black Lakers jacket to a friend in Castaic, but never made it there.
His mother, Sonia Rubio, said that he always calls if he is going to be late, but he has not called, nor has he been seen since. She told deputies that her son is known to hang out in the Newhall area.
