Two bikes collide in major accident that claims one life.
The California Highway Patrol has confirmed that one Valencia man was killed after his motorcycle collided with another motorcycle on the Angeles Forest Highway.
The Valencia man was traveling westbound on the road when he collided with a motorcycle traveling eastbound.
Passing motorists stopped to assist the two downed men, and performed CPR, however the Valencia man was pronounced dead at the scene. While his name was not immediately released, he is described as an African American male, 41 years old.
The driver of the other motorcycle suffered major injuries and was airlifted to Huntington Memorial Hospital.
The accident took place Saturday in the late afternoon.
