It’s a new year, you’ve cleaned out your office, but what do
you do with all those old electronics? The Valencia Vikings softball team is
going green and will take them off your hands as a fundraiser for their
program.

Bring your computer monitors and towers, laptops, fax machines, copiers,
speakers, stereo systems, TVs, plasma screens, CRT and LCD screens, keyboards,
cell phones and telephones down to the parking lot of Valencia High near the
tennis courts from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

The recycling drive is being administered by Electronic
Waste International, a California
authorized recycler and collector of universal waste electronic devices. For
more information, call event coordinator Gerry McCorkle at (661) 618-2629.
