Los Angeles County Fire airlifted a 2-year old girl to Childrens Hospital this evening after she was found floating in the family spa.

The near-drowning occurred at a residence on Mill Valley Road; family members found the girl floating in the spa and revived her. Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the home and the girl was breathing and crying.

The fire department helicopter landed at Meadows Park and picked up the girl, taking her to Childrens Hospital Los Angeles as a precautionary measure.
