Vendors Sought For City’s Earth Arbor Day Festival

earth_day-13837The City of Santa Clarita is calling all eco-minded artists, green businesses, and ecologically-concerned community groups to participate as vendors at the Earth Arbor Day Festival at Central Park from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, April 14.  The Earth Arbor Day Festival Exhibitor and Vendor Application is available online through Friday, March 2 at GreenSantaClarita.com

Presented by the SCV Family of Water Suppliers, this zero-waste celebration is looking for vendors to showcase their artistic, sustainable, and green activities to help educate the community about eco-friendly living.

As this is a zero-waste event, interested vendors should please keep in mind that all products used at the event must be recyclable.

The festival offers a variety of hands-on activities and educational exhibitor displays focusing on energy and climate change, alternative transportation, green building, children, trees, community service, health, and sustainable living, to help the community live green.

The booth space fee for accepted commercial vendors is $100 and $50 for accepted non-profit organizations.  Exhibit equipment, such as tables, chairs, and canopies, is available for rent at an additional cost.

Central Park is located at 27150 Bouquet Canyon Road.
