Firefighters have complete knockdown of the fire at Via Princessa and the 14 freeway. The fire was restricted to four acres and no structures were damaged. The fire at Escondido Canyon Road was also knocked down quickly.

Fire crews are now focusing on a brush fire that has broken out on Oat Mountain near Porter Ranch.
