June gloom not through yet in Santa Clarita.
If you’ve noticed that all of us here in the Santa Clarita valley are a bit more pasty than usual, that might be because we haven’t seen a full day of sunshine in over a week.
June gloom has cast its dark clouds and mild temperatures upon this area and by now you’re probably wondering when it will end. Well I have good news and bad news.
The good news: It will end.
The bad news: It won’t end in time for the weekend.
The dark clouds are expected to stick around through the beginning of next week, although tomorrow could be the nicest day of the bunch. On Tuesday, possible rain and thunderstorms are predicted.
However, the forecast for Wednesday is all sunshine, with more summer-like temperatures heating up the valley to the mid 80s by Fathers Day.
So if you’re not all that fond of the summertime heat, enjoy these next few days because the sun is on its way back.
