The Betty Ferguson Foundation’s (BFF) Mes Amies womens’ group will honor their annual tradition of meeting their Woman of Honor recipient at a gathering at 7:00 p.m. on August 17.

Jacquie Petersen is the Woman of Honor for 2010. Attending the Mes Amies meeting is one of the ways she will give to the community as she attends the Mes Amies function to meet and share a meal with those women.

The women of Mes Amies are vital to making their Woman of Honor Dinner a success as they provide the behind-the-scenes support system for this annual event that raises funds for BFF’s programs.

Mes Amies (My Friends) is one of BFF’s many programs fulfilling its mission “To Train, Develop and Empower Women and Youth to be a Vital Force in Society” as it connects women to each other and their community.  Mes Amies meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the BFF offices located in the Valencia Industrial Center at  25510 W. Avenue Stanford, Suite # 104 . Valencia.
