‘Worst Date Ever’ Contest Rewards Life’s Awkward Moments

baddateKHTS is looking for the worst of the worst.

With Valentines Day just a couple of weeks away, KHTS and Jewelry World are celebrating the ugly side of romance: the Worst Date Ever.

We’ve all had those dates; the guy was a mouth-breather or the girl had one of those laughs that made you cringe. Maybe it was a case of “I forgot my wallet” or “Yea I’m married…is that going to be a problem?” Perhaps the date was over before it began, or ended in the emergency room. Whatever the story, they are no doubt worth sharing…especially when they could earn you a prize package worth over $400.

KHTS and Jewelry World have teamed up for the Worst Date Ever contest, and are encouraging everyone to send in their stories. Entries can be submitted online at hometownstation.com now through February 11 at 4:00 p.m. Enter here.

Two winning stories will be picked and announced on Brandon Gibson’s morning show on February 12 at 9:30 a.m. The grand prize packages are themed; one for a man and one for a woman. Full list of prizes.

Leading up to Valentines Day, tune into Brandon Gibson’s morning show and Jason Endicott’s afternoon drive program to hear stories that have already been submitted.

The contest is open now, click here to learn more and enter.
