Zonta Club of Santa Clarita Valley Foundation is seeking applications for Community Service Financial Grants from non-profit organizations with a 501 (c)(3) status for projects that support Zonta’s mission.  Applications will be accepted through January 31, 2007.
The local Zonta Club is a member of Zonta International, a global organization of executives and professionals working together to advance the status of women worldwide through service and advocacy.     The local club’s goal is to improve the lives of women through service, advocacy and awareness.
The focus of Zonta, both internationally and locally, is to promote  health, education, literacy, economic well-being and self-dependency of  women and children.
     The grants application  is available on Zonta’s website at www.scvzonta.org or  by going in person to Suite 110 at City Hall, 23920 W. Valencia Blvd., Santa Clarita.
