The Zonta Club of the Santa Clarita Valley will be holding a LifeForward Parent Anger Management workshop on Sept. 21 at Desert Streams Church community room in Canyon Country from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The workshop will feature Dr. Patricia Patton, a therapist and anger management specialist who will speak about “a moment to exhale.”
Women who arrive by 10 a.m. will be entered in a drawing for a free gift certificate.
Spanish translation can be provided at the workshop if necessary.
Free childcare is available for women who register in advance at 661-288-0117.
Zonta Club workshops are designed to assist local women with lifestyle, family and career issues.
The nonprofit organization holds free monthly LifeForward workshops in cooperation with Single Mothers Outreach, Domestic Violence Center, Los Angeles County Department of Child and Family Services and Habitat for Humanity SFV/SCV Returning Women Veterans.
