Game Preview from lakings.com:

BEANTOWN: Tonight marks the second and final meeting with Boston this season; the Kings beat the Bruins 2-0 on December 2 at STAPLES Center. The Bruins come into the night hot, having earned points in 12 of their last 13 games (8-1-4). The Kings are kicking off a five-game road trip tonight; they’re 5-9-6 in games played away from Los Angeles this season. Boston is coming off of a 5-2 win against the New York Islanders on Thursday night; the Kings are coming off of a 4-3 win over the Chicago Blackhawks Wednesday night.

ROAD LIFE: The Kings are beginning a five-game road trip tonight, making their only visit to Boston this season. With only one win in their last seven games away from STAPLES Center (1-4-2), the Kings will look to get off to a positive start at TD Garden tonight. The Bruins have picked up points in nine of their last 10 games played at home (7-1-2); the Kings have won just five games on the road all season long (5-9-6). Can the Kings get off to a good start on the road tonight in Boston’s hostile confines?

LINEUP NOTES: Per Jon Rosen, who attended the Kings’ morning skate at TD Garden, here’s how tonight’s lines should shake up:

CLIFFORD – KOPITAR – BROWN
KING – CARTER – TOFFOLI
GABORIK – STOLL – LEWIS
NOLAN – SHORE – WILLIAMS
——————————-
MUZZIN – DOUGHTY
REGEHR – MARTINEZ

Rask comes into the night with a 21-11-7 mark, posting a .920 SV% and a 2.34 GAA. In two career starts against the Kings, Rask is 1-1-0 stopping 56 of the 59 shots he’s faced. In Raask’s last start against the Kings on January 9 of last season, he was pulled just 21:35 minutes into the game after allowing three goals on 18 shots.

THE LAST TIME AROUND: In the Kings first meeting with the Bruins this season, they came away with a 2-0 victory on December 2 at STAPLES Center. Tanner Pearson got the Kings on the board late in the first period, and Tyler Toffolichipped home an empty-net goal with 50 seconds left to secure the win. Anze Kopitar assisted on both of the goals, andJonathan Quick stopped all 31 shots he faced for the shutout victory.
