The 2014 Home and Garden Show and Emergency Expo is set to bring information, fun and training to the Valencia Hyatt on Saturday and Sunday. The 2014 Home and Garden Show and Emergency Expo will offer dozens of displays, exhibits and teaching moments at the Valencia Hyatt in Santa Clarita on Saturday and Sunday. Los Angeles County Fire Department officials will be a big part of the learning, with several opportunities to meet Santa Clarita Valley firefighters, and plans for a donation from Mini of Valencia expected to bring a “Jaws of Life” exhibit. County firefighters Fire Stations 126 and 150, as well as a paramedics squad from Station 111 on Bouquet Canyon and Seco Canyon roads will be available for residents to meet and ask questions, said Stephanie English, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
