Santa Clarita Deputies Send Out Summertime Nixle For Parents
Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputies are discussing safety and cautioning parents about children’s summertime mischief on the “Neighborhood Watch” on KHTS AM-1220 on Thursday from 10-11 a.m. Sheriff’s Station officials put out a Nixle report to let Santa Clarita Valley residents aware of the city and county programs available to parents and their children. “As the summer break gets starts, a lot of kids in the Santa Clarita Valley have time off from school and other responsibilities,” said Deputy Josh Dubin of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station Crime Prevention Unit, “so it becomes even more critical to remind parents how important it is that our youth relax and celebrate responsibly, and our parents stay closely involved with their teenager's activities.”
