A Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station deputy might have saved a man’s life Wednesday night with his quick action in Valencia, officials said Thursday. Around 6:45 p.m., a deputy patrolling the area of Bouquet Canyon Road, near Cinema Drive, saw a man walking down the street bleeding profusely, according to Sheriff’s Department records. The man is suspected of trying to kill himself near the train tracks, where he severely injured himself, but managed to survive.
