Valencia Man Pleads Not Guilty To Stevenson Ranch Mayhem Charge

A Valencia man facing a maximum of life in prison pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges in connection to an alleged road-rage attack in Stevenson Ranch. Cory Allen Flenory, 27, is facing one count each of mayhem and vandalism over $400, and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. The case against Flenory also includes the allegation that he used the BB gun as a deadly weapon and that he has a 2005 felony conviction in Tulare for carjacking, robbery and assault with a deadly weapon, according to Guy Shirley, deputy district attorney.
