Third Suspect Arrested In Gorman Murder Case

Peter Sayamoungkhoune, 32, had just finished a supervised visit at the DCFS office on Avenue Stanford in Valencia last week, when he allegedly confronted the monitor who was there to supervise the visit. Sayamoungkhoune reportedly threatened the DCFS staff, according to the victim, who then reported the incident to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station.
