Guess what is the new, awesome restaurant in Santa Clarita!
In 2003, after perfecting their own secret teriyaki recipe in a city where teriyaki is the norm, brothers Rod and Alan Arreola and their cousin Eric Garma left the rainy weather of Seattle. Family and friends doubted their success. But the trio knew they could expose the concept of teriyaki restaurants to everyone.
Las Vegas was the best destination to start their restaurant concept. Sin City was experiencing growth at the time, and the trio could share their love of teriyaki with residents and tourists, who would share their experience at home. Plus, they knew if they could make it in Vegas, they could make it anywhere.
And so the first Teriyaki Madness was born.
After experiencing long lines of customers waiting for their food, the brothers decided to open a second store in 2005, and more stores in 2006 and 2007. They have just recently come to Santa Clarita with a new store on Newhall Ranch Road.
Teriyaki Madness provides a fresh alternative to hamburgers and fast food. High-quality ingredients and freshly cooked dishes create the obsession and addictive qualities of the Teriyaki Madness experience. With bold flavors in each dish, how can you not love the madness?
