The Carol House

Carol Anne Clark battled with breast cancer for seven years, until she lost her fight at age 53. During her battle, she encountered several people who were enduring difficult times, and sought to help them before worrying about herself.

She never lost hope that she would be cured, and encouraged other cancer patients to share the same mindset. Despite the difficulties she endured, Carol never stopped smiling and kept her sense of humor.

The Carol House is a non-profit foundation that seeks to provide a sanitary and secure residence for breast cancer patients who have given up their careers or primary source of income as a result of the disease. The mission of the Carol House is to provide long-term relief for breast cancer sufferers including housing, financial and health-related issues.

They hope to partner with other community activists and organizations who share the vision of increasing the program’s effectiveness.
