Steven Brooks, Stephen Daniels and Stacy Fortner have officially filed for candidacy for the Castaic Lake Water Agency’s upcoming November governing board election, according to CLWA officials. Brooks is scheduled to run against incumbent Ed Colley to represent division one, Daniels will challenge incumbent Robert DiPrimio to represent division two and Fortner is expected to run against incumbents Gary Martin and Tom Campbell for a seat as a member at large, according to the county officials. During the 2012 election, no incumbents were challenged, according to the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder's Office. The deadline to file was Aug. 8.
