Who/What: One Million Steps For OCD Awareness Walk And Event

Details: The SCV One Million Steps for OCD Walk and community event will be held in Santa Clarita on Saturday, Oct. 19, 10 am-12 noon at Bridgeport Park.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder sufferers take an average of 17 years to receive effective treatment and often don’t realize they have the disorder. The event aims to reduce stigma and create community while decreasing the time frame for receiving effective treatment. The event is appropriate for all ages and features a short walk around the park with fun activities and speakers.

The 2024 event is affiliated with OCD SoCal and the International OCD Foundation.
