This can reduce bloating and help you lose weight that was caused by excess water in the body.

3. Exercise more

Lifting weights and other strenuous athletic workouts are great ways to lose weight fast. These exercises help you burn calories faster and also prevent your metabolism from slowing down. You may even gain some muscle mass in the process. If you’re not sure where to begin, talk to a trainer at your local gym or fitness center for advice. They can help you get started on a fitness program that meets your specific needs and get you to be in that total shape you want to be in.
