On this episode of Eye On The Valley presented by SCVi & iLEAD Schools, Matt Watson starts the show talking to Kristina de Bree, MA, LMFT, EMDR. Kristina calls in to continue the talk about mental health wellness, and managing our minds with all of the recent stress that has been placed upon it. People across the world have been repeatedly exposed to stresses that have seemingly come one after the other. This can build up a level of mental fatigue and negatively impact our mental health and ability to take care of the things that are important in our lives. Mayor Smyth calls in to the show to address the protests that have taken place in Santa Clarita, and to give an update on the status of other businesses and stores reopening.
