Real Estate & Other Stuff – DIY Projects Damaging to a House’s Value and the Different Types of Real Estate Agents – December 16, 2022
As we approach the holidays on Real Estate & Other Stuff, Phil and Taylor discuss the latest news in real estate.
Lately, there has been an increase in housing sales, so the number of houses on the market has decreased. For example, currently, in Phil’s company, there is only 2 months’ worth of inventory left. Then, Phil shares a very heartfelt and emotional song that he was reminded of recently when he heard it again after all these years. He shares his story on one of his earlier days in the realty business and how he felt about the song then and even to this day.
Moving onto less emotional topics, Phil and Taylor continue on with discussing the various DIY projects on a house that will decrease its value as opposed to helping it regarding things such as too much wallpaper, carpet, textured walls, and much more.
Then, Phil tells us a quick update on how Gooney’s house is now off the market and has been sold.
Listen to the entire episode here as Phil and Taylor discuss all of the latest news in real estate and other stuff!
