Total Senior – December 16, 2020

On this episode of the Traditions Healthcare Hospice Hour, with May Ronci, Nurse Practitioner and Executive Director at Traditions Health, and Reuben Figueroa, Regional Sales Director at Traditions Health, Jeff Albert, Senior Care Consultant with Total Senior, joins the show. Total Senior helps seniors with referrals to whatever they need. Often times, a social worker identifies needs for resources and then refers people to Total Senior. Total Senior has a network of referral agents that they can trust and will send people to if the patient lives outside of the greater Los Angeles area. All services are 100% free for patients they work with, and people can call them directly or be sent from a hospital. When it comes to referring someone to a place to live, certain homes can better suit the needs of a certain patient. Total Senior takes inventory of which homes are best equipped for what services, and they make sure they refer people to what is best for them. Total Senior does not have partners, any type of commission, and zero incentives to refer their patients. Jeff speaks for everyone at Total Senior when he says that they truly put their patients first and the money second. Jeff and the entire team at Total Senior love helping people and seniors, and their energy and passion for what they do is easy to see. Jeff speaks on the fear that comes with the unknown and end-of-life scenarios, and he takes great pride in helping seniors and families navigate this challenging time. Total Senior doesn’t say no, if a patient needs it then Total Senior works tirelessly to help them get it. Even if they can’t do it, they will find someone who will!
