Shrink Pores, Relieve Joint Pain, And Flushes Toxins Out With Cryotherapy

If you’re interested in finding a new way to improve your overall quality of life, it’s time to chill out-literally.

Mend Cryotherapy is Valencia’s premier whole-body cryotherapy center.

What is cryotherapy?

Cryotherapy is cold therapy.

For it to be effective, 90% of your skin needs to reach sub-zero temperatures inside a chamber for 1-3 minutes. This process then forces your body to burn calories to keep warm and push blood to the skin’s surface.

This shrinks pores, relieves joint pain, and flushes toxins out of your body. You will even start to notice a boost in your energy levels! Chilling out has some amazing benefits.

During the process, a technician will be by your side the entire time to walk you through it and you can step out at any time if you don’t feel comfortable. Need to focus on a particular region of your body?

Mend also offers local cryotherapy, for those problem areas, like the knees, feet, ankles, neck, and shoulders.

Unlike full-body cryotherapy, local cryotherapy uses a handheld device that applies the nitrogen gas to the specific area. Many think that cryotherapy is only meant for high-performing athletes, but that is not true.

Mend welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds to partake in improving their health and wellness through cryotherapy. Cryotherapy also helps with weight loss, and the increased blood on your skin can help with cellulite, tighten pores, increase collagen, reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

Did you know that Mend has an infrared sauna?

Infrared saunas are heated through light, which heats the body directly. Once the light hits the skin, circulation is improved and oxygen flow is increased. Infrared saunas also help: rid the body of toxins, overall relaxation, weight loss, lower blood pressure, pain relief and there’s more benefits than that!

Come see why Mend is one of the best Cryotherapy studios out here. For more information, you can check out mendcryotherapy.com or call Mend at (661) 443-3022 today.

About Carl Goldman

Carl Goldman, along with his wife, Jeri repurchased KHTS AM-1220, Santa Clarita’s hometown station on October 24, 2003. They owned it from 1990-1998, and then sold it to Clear Channel Communication in 1998, buying it back from Clear Channel in 2003. Since then, they have rebuilt KHTS as a critical voice of the Valley. In 2015 the radio station moved to its new headquarters on Main Street in Old Town Newhall, in the original Newhall Hardware building. In 2018 an FM was added, 98.1, with its signal being simulcast with AM-1220. In January 2020, Carl and Jeri cruised on the Diamond Princess. Carl was one of the first Americans to come down with Covid-19. Months earlier he was impacted by Guillain Barre Syndrome as a result of a Shingles vaccine in September 2019. He is still in recovery from the vaccine.
