Not having enough sleep or having more of it, has direct effects on our day. Do all that you can to maintain a good sleep schedule, meaning you go to bed at the same time every day. Maintain a calm sleep environment and keep the latter part of the day for the least strenuous activities.

Get your body moving! No matter what you do, movement is key to a great old age. You have to find what interests you the most and what you can do most comfortably. Incorporate walking into your routine along with light exercise. Keep up your gym/ yoga/ tai chi routine to keep the blood flowing which helps you stay sharp and fight off many diseases.
