Havre de Grace is located on the Chesapeake Bay, and those seeking a quiet town with a low cost of living will find exactly that in Havre de Grace.

There isn’t much negativity one can say about this little town; the only complaint you might have is that it’s too peaceful and quiet! It also has reasonably low crime rates and acceptable schools, so if you have children but don’t have the budget to move to a wealthier city like Bowie, Havre de Grace strikes a good balance between affordability and security.
