How To Grill Steak Perfectly Every Time

Set-up everything

Before you start with the grilling process you have to clean the griller.

How?

Step 1

Either let the species mix with the steak for two to three hours or put it in the fridge.

For how long in the fridge? 

Well, you should keep it in the fridge for the whole night.

Make sure that you dry the steak for at most a minute.

The next step is to pre-heat the grill.

Set the temperature at 1700F and let the grill preheat for at least 30 minutes.

Well, let us say that you grill the steak without pre-heat. 

In that case, the steak will not be grilled properly on every side. 

Moreover, it will take more time to grill the meat. 

It has been observed that the steak burns from some areas without pre-heat. 

Therefore, you must always take out time for the pre-heating of the grill. 

Yes, you have to leave the griller for at least 10 minutes between pre-heat and cooking.

Why? 

Well, you cannot immediately put the steak on the grill. 

The temperature is too high and that can burn the steak. 

Step 3

Finally, you can start with the grilling process. 

There are different ways to grill a steak. 

You can even cut it in different shapes. 

However, it is recommended to keep the size of the steak small. 

It should not be too large. 

Why? 

Well, let’s say that the pieces of steak are too large it will not be grilled properly.

Moreover, you will have to invest more time to grill it. 

Therefore, to reduce the efforts, you need to grill small pieces of steak. 

Now, you have the perfect size of the steak. 

Increase the temperature of the grill to 1700F and put the steak.

Ideally, you will have to grill each side for at least 2 minutes. 

However, there are instances when it is not enough. 

Therefore, it is important to assess the grilled steak.

Can you do that? 

Yes, it is simple. 

Try to press the steak with your pinky finger. 

If the steak is firm and pressable, then you do not have to grill it anymore. 

It is also recommended to let the steak cool down after grilling. 

You can also sprinkle more species on the meat as per your taste.
