Jasper Venture Group Completes Remodeling Of Multifamily Property In The Heart Of Chelsea

NEW YORK, Ny, May 15, 2022/ Jasper Venture Group/ — 315 West 29th street, a 10 unit, 6-story multifamily newly remodeled apartment building in Chelsea and on the border of the up and coming Hudson Yards redevelopment is ready to rent.

The 5,808-square-foot vacant apartment building was purchased vacant in August 2021 by Jasper Venture Group with Brokers Josh Lipton and Andrew Levine of Invictus Property Advisors. Chelsea 29 L.L.C. with Broker: Havard Iversen of New York Residence sold the property for $6.45 million. Bernhardt Renovation Inc. was the general contractor for the creative redevelopment. They also recently completed a full regut of a similar property in the Morningside Park area owned by Jasper Venture Group.

  1. You don’t wee alot of NYC property catering to the university crowd. They usually get left out in the big bad city, Seems like a smart play for Ilio Mavlyanov and Jasper Venture Group

  2. I live in NYC at 31st and 10th ave at The Eugene and of the remodels that I have seen in the area this very understated redevelopment from Ilio Mavlyanov and Jasper Venture Group is by far the best thought out for the neighborhood. The rooftop area is great too. I can see it from my window.

  3. Currently renting apartment in that building . The lobby and common areas makes tenant feel that we are in a gallery. I really like the design and wish more building would follow it.
