Rugged Terrain with Breathtaking Views

The rugged terrain, breathtaking views, and challenging obstacles will keep you coming back for more. This new trail provides an all-new experience that is sure to excite locals and tourists alike. Off-road vehicle enthusiasts can climb up, down, and around steep hillsides, twist through narrow trails along the gorges of seasonal creeks and riverbeds, cross dry creek beds, ascend rocky terrain slopes to reach mountain peaks – all at their own risk. And with a wide range of difficulty levels available for each trail, everyone can enjoy the adventure. Those opting for easier trails, however, can rely on midsize vehicles and enjoy their ride safely.

Open on Weekends and Holidays

Off-road trails are still open for use, with most weekends and holidays available to schedule your adventures in advance. Adventurers of all ages will love this new off-road vehicle park set against a beautiful backdrop just 30 minutes from downtown LA. All you need to do is book a reservation and head out to experience the new Rocking J Ranch Off-Road Vehicle Park. You can even get started by reserving your spot here. Adventure seekers have to wear a full-face helmet and solid boots while children will need a chest protector, goggles or glasses with side shields, gloves, pants made of a strong material such as denim or leather jackets along with long sleeve shirts when they will go out in off-roading trails including Rocking J Ranch Off-Road Vehicle Park.

Perfect Family Outing

The Gates, Pines, Romo, and Needham trails are new to the hiking trails at Needham Ranch in Santa Clarita, CA. These trails are open to everyone who has a day pass or annual membership. The Rockin’ J Ranch Trail is one of many Needham Off-Road Adventure Park trails in Santa Clarita, CA (located about 30 minutes outside of downtown LA). It’s the perfect family outing for both locals and tourists alike.

Needham Ranch is the only place in Southern California where you can experience downhill mountain biking, backcountry trails for hiking and horseback riding, all while gaining incredible views of nearby Santa Clarita. The Rockin’ J Trail brings it all together into one amazing adventure that’s perfect for thrill-seekers looking to get out there and explore some new terrain. Downhill mountain biking just got a lot more exciting with the opening of new trails at Newhall’s famous Needham Ranch. The Rockin’ J Trail is only one of several different types of terrain that are available for you to explore once you’ve paid your day or annual pass fee.

  1. I would love to know where I can find out more. Is it just quads and dirt bikes? Are there Jeep trails?

  2. Was this supposed to to be published on April Fool’s Day? There seems to be no such place. This famous Needham Ranch has a bunch of big buildings on it. Why not include the location of this spectacular place? Rockin’ J Ranch doesn’t admit to this. SMH.
