On Memorial Day 2008, Santa Clarita residents gathered at Eternal Valley to participate in a moving tribute to all Unites States military troops, past and present.                                                 

On Sunday April 27th, many Santa Clarita residents showed up to Bridgeport Park to support the annual Arthritis Walk.   The event is run nationwide to help raise awareness and funds to help fight the disease.

  On Saturday, April 19th, the City of Santa Clarita hosted their annual Safety Expo at College of the Canyons. The expo offered visitors safety information, demonstrations and a whole lot of fun.   KHTS was there to broadcast live and we brought along our antique fire truck for the kids!

  It was a birthday party for the record books, as the City of Santa Clarita marked 20 years of cityhood by dedicating Todd Longshore Park on Whites Canyon Road. More than 600 people turned out for the celebration.
