On this episode of The “REAL ESTATE: It’s That Simple” show, our hosts Phil Nordella and Taylor Williams-Moniz talk with three more faces of Santa Clarita. Phil and Taylor start off the show by going over the weekly housing by the numbers segment. Phil and Taylor then continue their spotlight on The Faces Of Santa Clarita with three more faces. The first face they discuss is Nancy Lantis, who happens to be an professional actress and professional in Theatre. Nancy and her husband started Eclipse Theatre and have bee doing plays for over 20 years.

The second face that Phil and Taylor discuss is Dawn Walker. Dawn is a teacher of the culinary arts and a experienced chef. When the pandemic hit, Dawn started a roller skating group called, Skating Mama’s of SCV, which became immensely popular throughout the community. The final face that Phil and Taylor talk about happens to be Realtor Oscar Ramirez. Oscar is a licensed Realtor that actually works with Phil in his branch, Phil Nordella & Associates.
