Frederik starts off the show, by talking with Kristina and how she helps teenagers with various traumas and other mental illnesses. Kristina goes more in depth with her career and how she became passionate about helping people with trauma. Kristina is an established EMDR Therapist and has been in her practice for years.

Later in the show, Frederik and Kristina go in depth on trauma and how kids and teens can deal with trauma and how to battle it before it goes crazy. Listen in, as Frederik and Kristina talk about a lot of trauma both physical and mental traumas and how these traumas can be healed.
