On this episode of Insight Treatment Hour, our host Dr. Trevor Small talks with his guest, Professor Ed Monaghan, to discuss mindfulness for children. Trevor and Ed start off the show by going over mind and body awareness for people and how kids can have more mindfulness in their lives. Ed happens to be a Professor from UCLA in UCLA’s Mind/Body Faculty Committee where he also is a certified mindfulness facilitator. Trevor brings in Ed’s business, Ekata, and how the practice helps people. Ed researches into the effects of movement based awareness, in which he strives to help all sorts of people.

Later in the show, Dr. Trevor Small and Ed discuss more ways kids can be more mindful in their lives and provides tips for everyone.
