On this episode of The Alex Urbina Radio Show, Alex and Ellen talk about procrastination. Procrastination, the action of delaying or postponing something, is something that affects us all. Everyone needs time to rest, but sometimes we take that too far and it can turn into putting off the things we need to do to move our lives forward. Alex and Ellen ask questions that we can ask ourselves that can help us figure out why we are procrastinating in the first place. Figuring out why you are procrastinating can help you address the issue at hand and get out of the funk you may be stuck in.
