Castaic HS Construction, Inc. is a licensed general contractor by the State of California, located in Santa Clarita, California.  The core team within the Company is made up of Larry Rasmussen, Brooke Rege, and Randy Wrage.  Experience among the team includes several billion dollars of public and private construction experience.

The team assembled for the construction of the new high school at Castaic has been expanded to include professionals from Oltmans Construction Company to harness their expertise in tilt-up construction, and Kemp Brothers Construction to synthesize the administration and job coordination.
