Hannah Greenwald is a Santa Clarita Valley native and a Junior at West Ranch High School, where she is a proud member of the award winning, on-campus television station West Ranch Television.Hannah Greenwald - Santa Clarita Unplugged

As a crewmember and on-air personality, Hannah strives to shine a light on the people and places that make The Santa Clarita Valley a special place to live. Whether Hannah spends her time playing piano or playing AYSO soccer, she never fails to take advantage of all the opportunities her neighborhood has to offer.

Inspired by music, Hannah began taking piano lessons at the age of five. Since then, music has always been a huge part of her life. You can even find her cleaning her room while she dances to Beyonce’s 2003 album, “Dangerously in Love”.

She can also be found on neighborhood sidewalks running to the beat of “Jumpman” by Drake. She feels that even the simplest of melodies and calmest piano pieces have the power to truly turn, once an idea, into a musical masterpiece.

Hannah has participated in musical and photographical community programs at Cal Arts. Her original photos have even been featured at the Los Angeles Center for Digital Art. This past summer, Hannah trained as a Junior Lifeguard at Castaic Lake where she learned CPR and First Aid. Hannah enjoys her job as a camp counselor where she has had the opportunity to inspire love, enthusiasm, and creativity in the young campers.

Hannah Greenwald - Santa Clarita UnpluggedShe’s raised money for the Southern California Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, as she is constantly looking for ways to get involved in community issues. In her leisure time, Hannah watches and re-watches episodes of Friends on Netflix as well as her favorite Youtubers. She loves Poke and lives in Stevenson Ranch with her sister Zoey, and her parents, who refuse to get her a dog.

Hannah plays an active role in the community, and she devotes her time to not only helping those in need, but also interacting with children seeking a greater role in society. All in all, as a local Santa Clarita teen striving to make a difference in the artistic world, Hannah incorporates her love of digital photography and music in her everyday life in order to bring the community together.

Join hosts Savannah Burrows and Hannah Greenwald as they welcome musicians from in and around the Santa Clarita Valley and discuss their stories and showcase their music! The last Saturday of each month from 10 AM – 11 AM
